As founder and Managing Director, Samuel Tope Omotoso has seen Hor Crystal through years of exceptional growth in both size and capability while fostering a culture of integrity, empathy, and ownership.
Samuel competitive spirit, passion for eradicating poverty, building a diverse agriculture system, can be seen not only in his approach to leading Hor Crystal’s vision but also in his extensive initiative of community-focused programs.
Mrs Abiola Ajoke Omotoso
Executive Director
B.Sc Accounting, NIM, ACA, PMP, NAD.
Long driven by the exciting prospects of a technologically-driven agriculture future, Abiola brings her experience in finance, project management and business development and has led Hor Crystal in the charge towards developing adaptable and innovative agricultural service solutions.
Abiola appointment as an Executive Director is a reflection of Hor Crystal values of gender equality.
Her genuine personality is why her forte lies in building authentic relationships. Be it with clients or key Hor Crystal partners, Abiola leads by example to bring her team closer to those they collaborate with.
Mr Paul Israel
ICT Head
BSc, ND, Comptia, Cisco
Experienced ICT head who has been drawn to Hor Crystal by the team’s passion for tackling Nigeria’s greatest challenges, including sustainable farming and food production and reducing poverty.
The “Tech” guru, Paul is responsible for developing new technology product strategies, and coordinating interdisciplinary teams in support of product launches as they relate to organization offerings.
He is dedicated to team development and motivating them toward a common mission.
Mr Oluwadarasimi Olarinde
Head of Operation
B.Sc (Hons) Agricultural Management and Extension, Animal Husbandry, Crop Science
Oluwadarasimi is passionate about how Hor Crystal’s compelling and unique mission can improve people’s lives. He leads daily operations and is the “everything can be solved” man on the ground.
Olunwadarasimi believes in the power of operation mixed with human understanding to develop strategies focused on solving operation problems. He also supports various strategic initiatives and programs requirements.
